Bird's Nest Candy: Homemade Chocolate
Covered Pretzels and Caramel
These delicious birds
nest candy are a sweet treat to welcome Easter and Spring time. They
can be made in many different ways, but this version with pretzels and
caramel pieces tends to be a favorite at our parties!
This recipe is hard to give
exact measurements. Just "play" with the recipe until you have the
correct consistency of how you want the birds nest to look.
about 1 cup of caramel
about 2 cups of stick
about 1 lb of your
favorite milk chocolate wafers to melt (we use Merckens)
