Homemade Christmas Candy, & Fudge Recipes:

Homemade Never-Fail Chocolate Creamy Fudge Recipe made with marshmallow fluff.

Homemade Never-Fail Chocolate Creamy Fudge Recipe
2 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 stick of butter
1 jar (7 1/2 oz. Marshmallow Fluff
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 12oz. package semi-sweet chocolate pieces (our favorites chocolates are: Nestlé's & Ghirardelli's)
Grease a 9-inch square baking dish, set aside. In a large saucepan over low heat combine the first five ingredients. Stir until well blended. Raise the heat to medium and bring to a full-rolling boil. Be careful not to mistake air bubbles for boiling. (I have made this mistake several times in the past, and there is no fixing it.) Boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate pieces and mix until all the chocolate pieces have melted in and mixed together.

Take Note:

This is what the fudge will turn out like if you cook it for too long. It will be very dry and crumbly instead of creamy. Make sure once it begins to boil you begin the timing and do not over cook it.
