First and Foremost...
COMPLETE AND FOLLOW
ALL DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY
Fill out your information
neatly and carefully. Love to Sew Studio is no longer mailing
awards. We have done this at our cost for seven years now. Once the
contests have been judged and the awards have arrived we will
contact you via e-mail to pick up your awards at the studio. If you
live more than 30 miles from the studio we will be happy to mail
them to you.

1.Our sole purpose of
hosting contests is to encourage our students
to complete a project, be proud of their work, and display their work.
2.The judges' decision is
final.
3. If applicable, entry fees and
registration fees are non-refundable.
4.Since some of our contests have
as many as 50 or more entries, we can
not accept phone calls or emails regarding questions like: What
did I win?, Did I win?, When will the awards be sent?, or anything of that
nature. We do not have the staff nor the time to answers such questions.
Please be patient as these contest take time away from teaching and the
studio and cost us money, both of which we do not charge our students.
5.In most cases, first we do
the
judging. Once that is done, we then order the awards. The awards
take an additional 2 - 3 weeks to come to us, then, we mail them to you.
PLEASE BE PATIENT in receiving your awards.
