Victor from Peru sends us these photos of one of his wonderful designs and
says:
Dear friends,
My name is Victor Alvarado and I'm very proud to introduce you Sylvia, a
lucky doll sized 17" with a magnificent costume made by me after looking a
fashion plate appeared on "Godey's Lady's book" in 1875. It is made out of
charmeuse silk and chiffon gauze.
I make my living as a designer and constructor of ballet tutus and bride
gowns, in Lima, Peru.
