are produced on machines which have the same principle or idea as hand
knitting. i.e., row of loops interlocking with the rows below and
above, hence the name; knit fabric. Working with knit fabric
should be for the intermediate seamstress. Knit fabric has a
tendency to "roll" or move when sewing. Knit
garments must be sewn with a certain stitch. |
