Barb's Fabulous Cheddar & Bacon Dip |
-toast 1/2 cup pecans
in oven for 30 minutes at 250 degrees
-cook 8 bacon strips
to a crisp and set aside
-grade one stick of
Vermont White cheddar cheese
Add to Cheese:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 bunch of chopped
scallions
the toasted pecans
broken up bacon strips
Serve with Garlic
flavored bagel chips
