Judi's Super Easy
Crab Bisque |
2 1/8 cups of heavy cream
3 (10.5 ounce) cans of crab
bisque (I use Bookbinders)
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed
lemon juice
2 (6 ounce) cans lump crab
meat (include the juices)
3 tablespoons of fresh
chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of fresh
chopped scallions
salt (season to taste)
cayenne pepper (season to
taste)
In a saucepan combine all
the ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for 5 - 10
minutes. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
