2. What is an on-line Fashion Design Portfolio? An on-line portfolio is a way to show your best work to anyone across the globe, via internet.  It is a webpage that is designed and made with you and your work in mind.  Our web designers will design a page just for you, and we host it on www.lovetosew.com .  Our 600 page website which gets an average of 3,500 pages viewed a day does all the work for you.

3. I Don't Sew, Can I just Show My Fashion Design Sketches? Sure...We will show the work of Sketch Artists, Modeling, Sports (gymnast, ice-skater), Cartoon Artists, Fashion Designers, Costume Designers, Quilters, Doll Makers, and more...However, please remember that this is a family website, and all work shown must be done in good taste.

4. Is My Child or Myself Safe with having an On-Line Portfolio?  We are a family friendly website and will not post photos that we feel are inappropriate.  For your protection we will never provide a last name of a person, or any type of contact (phone, address, e-mail, etc...) for that person. 

However, if you are 18 or older and would like contact information posted on your on-line portfolio webpage for possible future contacts and business, we will be happy to do so.

5. Why Do You Charge a Fee to Post an On-Line Portfolio?  We charge a very minimal $49.99 per year fee to build and post your on-line portfolio. This fee pays our web designers for the time it takes to build your page.  Included in this fee is unlimited written updates and photo changes that you request throughout the year.

6. What Do I Need to Provide you with to have a Great Looking On-Line Portfolio? First of all, send in your absolute BEST work.  Remember, this is YOUR page...It's all about you and your work, so you will want to show your best! You will need VERY sharp and clear photos of your work to send us.  The sharper and clearer the picture, the better it looks on the internet.  In fact, if you can send us your photos via e-mail, they look even better. You will also need to send us (via-e-mail) what you want written under each photo and a small write up about yourself.  We have examples of different kinds of portfolios you can look at for ideas.
