Love to Sew Studio Fashion Show Extravaganza

 

Love to Sew Studio Fashion Show Age Divisions:

All Designers in every division must hand in all forms and fees by due date.

DIVISIONS:
 
Junior Novice Designer:
A junior novice designer is someone between the ages of 7 and 12 who either just started sewing, or enjoys sewing each summer at camp, and are  interested in showing their collection for fun to family and friends at the fashion show. This designer must show a minimum of a three piece collection, and 60% of each look must be handmade by the designer. An example of one look would be a skirt and purse the designer made, shown with a top that is store bought. Another example could be a handmade jumper shown with a store-bought t-shirt, and store-bought tights. This designer will not receive judges scores, and will not compete in any of the special competition categories. This designer will receive a trophy for showing their collection.
 
Junior Designer:
A junior designer is someone between the ages of 7 and 12 who has been sewing for more than a year and is interested in both showing their collection at the fashion show and competing in the special competition categories. This designer must show a minimum of a three piece collection, and 80% of each look must be handmade by the designer. An example of one look would be a skirt, jacket, and hat the designer made, shown with a tank top under the jacket that is store bought. Another example would be a handmade dress shown with store-bought tights. This designer will receive a trophy for showing their collection. This designer is eligible for the judges awards, audience awards, and can compete in the special competition categories.
