Fashion Design Summer Camps 2007

Photo page -  Week 1 & 2

 Week 3 & 4

Week One: Krista, Rebecca, and Rachel

Krista made this adorable summer outfit.  Denim jean shorts with an appliqué of a flower from the fabric used on her cute halter top is what she had in mind when designing this outfit.  Her accessory was the pageboy newsboy hat with a yellow bow. Adorable!

Rachel was looking for a summer "beachy" type of outfit with her design.  She made denim shorts with a fringe hem, an adorable summer tank top trimmed in jute and beads, and a matching headband and summer bag. Very creative! Love the handle on the bag.

Rebecca was looking for a fun  outfit to wear to her private school.  With a dress code enforced, she had to make sure the skirt was long enough.  She made an adorable summer tank top from silky cotton fabric with the straps made with beads.  Her denim broom skirt has 3 layers and is hemmed with a gathering of fabric that was used on her top. Fantastic job!

Week Two: Shannon, OliviaAlexandra, Christina, Rebecca,  and Allysa

Christina's outfit she made was a summer tank top made from silky cotton army green fabric (to match her eyes) and gaucho's pants made from denim fabric.  She even had time to make a matching headscarf.

Rebecca made this adorable summer tank top and matching headband.  Her straps were made from 3 strands of fabric.

Alexandra's summer halter dress made from silky cotton fabric.  This dress has front and back darts, back zipper, and front bodice lining. Great job Alexandra.

Shannon designed and made a cute summer top from lilac eyelet fabric, a denim skirt using flat-felled seams, and a pageboy news hat.

Olivia and her design.  She made a denim skirt, and a cute summer top which is lined.
