Welcome Spring and Summer and hang this pretty flower sun catcher craft in the window. It is easily made using tissue paper and recycled toilet paper rolls.

How to Make a Flower Sun-Catcher Craft from Tissue Paper and Paper Towel Rolls

You Will Need:

about 4 toilet paper rolls or about 2 paper towel rolls
pink and yellow tissue paper
pink and yellow paint (child-safe, non toxic)
ribbon or yarn
basic arts & crafts supplies

Cut the toilet paper rolls in half. Poke a small hole in the side of one of the halves.
Paint six of the rolls pink. Paint the remaining roll yellow. Let dry.
Cut six squares of pink tissue paper, and one of yellow tissue paper.

Glue the squares onto the paper towel rolls at the end as shown.

Once dry, trim off the excess tissue paper as shown.
Glue the rolls together into the shape of a flower with the yellow roll in the center.
Make sure you put the one with hole facing out.
Tie on a piece of yarn or ribbon using the hole you made.
Welcome spring and summer and hang your pretty flower sun-catcher in a window!
