FREE - all supplies provided by Love to Sew Studio |
| INFO:
Students my come sew little dresses any time between 10am - 3pm.
The community fair is about demonstrating ones talent and sharing
it with others in a showcase, and that is what you will be doing.
You will be sharing your sewing talents by making these dresses
for little girls in Africa. These dresses are quick and easy to
make, and are already cut out! We will provide everything...
you just need to sew them.
Once the dresses are finished, we will
be shipping them to a missions group in Georgia. They will then be
hand delivered to Africa. There is a possibility that Jessica
might go on this trip and teach the women of the area how to sew,
then leave a machine with them so they have a trade. What a
great experience and opportunity for everyone. Jessica and Mrs.
Harris will be there sewing right along next to you. Please let us
know if you would like to be part of this Sew for a Cause project. |
|
| PREREQUISITE:
