Remove outer strings from 24 snow peas; make a slit at the top of each
one, and gently open (do not pull apart). In a small bowl, combine
a 1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese with chives, such as Philadelphia
brand, and 1/2 tsp. of fresh ground pepper, stirring well.
Spoon into a heavy-duty zip-top bag. Snip off one corner of bag,
and pipe cream cheese mixture into snow peas. Place 2-3 thin radish
slices into cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with wasabi sesame seeds.
