My 1st Quilt kits - Easy Quilt kits

Making a patchwork quilt from flannel fabric can be very comfy!

Kristina made this big, soft, warm, navy plaid patchwork quilt from flannel fabric for her boyfriend for Christmas.  However, I think it's a little too comfy, she hasn't given it up yet!

So much work and detail went into this beautiful garden quilt.

Glenda made this magnificent breathtaking "Garden Quilt." A lot of work, time, patience, and love went into making this.

A sweet little doll quilt!

Here is little Ivy from Colorado showing the first project she has ever sewn, "My 1st Quilt" doll size. Her Gran sent her the kit on her eighth birthday. Her mom says she LOVED making it, and she knows she will be sewing for years to come!

A beautiful patriotic patchwork quilt.

Teresa made this awesome patriotic "My 1st Quilt" in cranberry, navy, and cream colors. You can purchase a pre-cut  "My 1st Quilt" kit here!

A patchwork quilt made from baby clothes.

Kathy made this awesome large quilt from her daughter's baby clothes that she saved for many years.  Her daughter is in college now and will soon be given this awesome quilt made from her favorite baby and childhood clothes which she can in turn give to her child someday.  Great job and Great idea!!!

Alyssa and her pink and yellow, My 1st Quilt. You can purchase a pre-cut  "My 1st Quilt" kit here!

A Flower Power Quilt!

Ryan made a retro 1970's flower power quilt. COOL!!!

Quilts come in all kinds of styles, shapes and sizes. When making your quilt determine and chose your fabrics and designs carefully. An awesome quilt is the scrappy quilt. Scrappy quilts are made out of whatever leftover (or "scrap") fabric is lying around. "Fat Quarters" are great to use for this type of quilt.

You can buy a "My 1st Quilt" Kit with all the squares pre-cut !!!
