| These pinwheel appetizers are
pretty and delicious. They can be made the day before and then sliced
and arranged on a platter just before your guest arrive. |

| Ingredients |
| |
| 1 -8 ounce package of
cream cheese, softened |
| 1 cup -8 ounce sour
cream |
| 1 can -4 1/4 ounce
chopped ripe olives |
| 1 cup - 4 ounces
shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/3 cup chopped
scallions |
| 1/2 cup red pepper |
| salt, pepper, and
garlic powder to taste |
| 5 -10 inch flour
tortillas |

Directions
This is
a fun recipe to play around with and make it taste just the way your family
enjoys it. So after you have made it once, go ahead and adjust things or add
or subtract ingredients and spices to your own liking.
In a
bowl beat all the ingredients except for the flour tortillas. Spread over
tortillas and roll up tightly. Wrap each tortillas with plastic wrap and
refrigerate for several hours or over night.
Unwrap and
cut into 1/2" - 3/4" slices. Serve with salsa if desired.
