One of
the great things about sewing is designing and making costumes! I made
these for my friends and I to walk around in at the Pennsylvania
Renaissance Fair. Everyone loved them. |

I consider
this my biggest win in all my Project Runway challenges. We all had six
hours to design and complete an outfit for pop artist "Jamie Marie" to
wear in her opening concert debuting her album, "Next Chapter." This was
the most difficult challenge since I was not only designing for someone
else (which I have done before) but I was designing for someone to sing
and dance on stage in front of hundreds of people. I was thrilled to win
this challenge. |

jacket is one of my favorite and most time consuming pieces of
clothing I have made for myself. It consists of collars, cuffs,
pleats, and gathering. It won the highest honor you can win our local
fashion show, "President's Choice Award." |

My "perfect little black
dress" was made during a Project Runway challenge. I had five hours to make
the perfect little black dress to wear at our "mock tail" party we had by
the pool side! I came in first place during the challenge. |
This denim sun dress was made during another
Project Runway Challenge which I won 2nd place in.. I had five hours to make
an outfit from old jeans using no patterns. |
