| A seam gauge is a
small sewing tool, usually 6", used to mark and measure widths. It is essential for all who
sew. It is straight and sturdy and therefore sometimes better to use than
the measuring tape. This sewing tool has an adjustable notch or marker making it
easy to keep your distance of measuring in place.
