How to Make a Star
Christmas Tree Ornament |

The trick to making this
super easy to sew star ornament, is to pivot at the points!
 |
Find or draw a simple star pattern about 5-6" on computer paper. Cut
two stars using pinking shears from pretty Christmas cotton fabric!
Place the stars PRETTY SIDE out, and add a ribbon to the top as shown
in the photo.
Pin around the star. |
 |
Sew around the star using the pressure foot as your guide.
Stitch at the top first where the ribbon is to hold it in place.
Make sure you pivot at the corners and points.
When you are almost done the star, stuff it very gently using little
stuffing.
|
 |
Stitch up the rest of the star.
Your Christmas star ornament is done! |
 |
