Learn To Sew Camp
(Open Sewing Camp)

Day or Full Day)
(beginner level) during this week of camp you will learn the parts of the
machine, how to pin and cut, and how to straight stitch and zigzag.
Your first project is a sewing bag that you will bring each day
with all your sewing stuff in it.
You can also make a pair of shorts, a top, or pick a craft to
make!
*Once you have completed this week
you may move on to as many other camps as you would like.

Fashion Design Camp

be Full Day For Fashion Design)
(intermediate level)
this week you will design on paper an outfit and an accessory
like a matching hat, purse, or scarf. Then, we will make the
outfit. This is a BIG challenge and I would like to
encourage students interested in making their own clothes or
interested in Fashion design to attend this camp. You must be
registered for a FULL DAY camp for this. We will also work on
making your personal Fashion Design Portfolio during this camp.
If you did this
camp last year we will continue to build your fashion design
portfolio and encourage you to challenge yourself in more
difficult projects.
Upon completion
of this camp, you will receive
a beautiful large rosette fashion design ribbon, a certificate,
a Fashion Design T-shirt, and your art work and outfit
will be featured on our website.

Craft Camp
(Open Sewing Camp)

(any level) you will make as many fabric
crafts as time allows. We have
over 50 patterns to choose from, with crafts like: fur cats, frogs,
pillows, windsocks, hanging fish, ice-cream pillows, bags, teddy
bears, and lots more!

(any level) Come for the week and
make an awesome quilt.
You can make a raggedy quilt, appliqué quilt, or a pieced
quilt.

Fashion Design Camp - Semi-Private lessons with Jessica
This camp, unlike our other
fashion design camps, is for only 3 students who are interested in Fashion
Design and want one on one teaching with Jessica. (any level)

Jessica is our expert in fashion design and
costume design and she will be leading this camp. She has made many costumes
inspired by books she reads and movies she has seen, and loves to challenge herself. This week you
will work exclusively with Jessica on designing and making an outfit.
Perhaps an inspiration from your favorite book. It could be a character in a book or the
author. Perhaps, a Jane Austin dress? or Harry Potter? or how about Alice in
Wonderland? Sleeping Beauty? Twilight?
This camp is limited to 3 students so
that each student can have some one on one time, and semi-private lessons with Jessica, and learn more sewing skills and techniques.

(M)-Morning - 9:00am-11:30am
(A)-Afternoon -12:30pm – 3:00pm
*All camps run Monday-Thursday
Bring a lunch and
stay for full day camp
Registration: You MUST CALL or
E-MAIL FIRST
to hold your child's spot for camp. By calling, you are
verifying that room is available. Once you have a spot held, the
registration form and payment is due.
Please be advised we have a strict NO REFUND
policy, however, we do understand that circumstances come up, and we
offer a generous make-up policy. More information can be found
on our policy page.
Camp Cost for Open Sewing Camps:
1/2 day
either morning or afternoon
1/2 day second
child in the same family
-Limit 6-7 students per class
-Each student works at their own pace
allowing different camps to run
simultaneously.
-Student/Teacher Ratio 3:1
-All
supplies included in cost.
