How to make
an
"Around the World" Quilted Thanksgiving Table Runner
Learn how to turn scraps of
fall fabric into this beautiful Thanksgiving Table Runner
First take a look at the directions for this project. This is an
"Around the World" quilt pattern
and directions for a placemat. Follow these directions but you will need
to change only two small things to make it into a large Thanksgiving
table runner.
First, as shown in the photo to the left I picked 14 different
colors/prints.
(Whereas in the yellow, white, and green placemat, I only had 10
colors.)
Second, instead of
cutting your strips into 1.5" strips like in the placemat, cut them into
2.5" strips. That is it!
Those were the only two small changes I
made to make it into a beautiful large Thanksgiving table runner.
