Directions
If
you only can find mozzarella cheese balls in liquid/or no
liquid, you can make your own seasoning. Mix together 2 thinly
sliced garlic gloves, fresh ground pepper and salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
and 1/2 cup of olive oil, set aside. Clean the grape tomatoes
and remove any stems. Mix the mozzarella cheese balls, seasoned
olive oil and tomatoes together in a bowl, place in refrigerator
to marinated at least 4 hours or over night. Use fancy toothpicks
to pierce the tomatoes, mozzarella cheese balls together, place
on a pretty antique plate. Sprinkle lightly ground parsley for the
final touch.
