 Hugs -n- Kisses Brownie Bites

.

Valentine cookie cutters

1 package of your favorite box brownie recipe

1/2 stick of butter (room temperature)

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

couple teaspoons of milk

4 table spoons of frozen sweet strawberries with juice

3-4 drops of Red Food Dye

Red and/or Pink Sugar Sprinkles

Prepare the Brownies following the directions provided on the box. Do NOT over cook.

Let Cool

Using Valentine hearts and lips cookie cutters, cut as many brownie bites as you can with your batch of brownies.

Set aside.

Mix room temperature butter, powdered sugar, and a couple teaspoons of milk, mix to an icing thickness you prefer.

Ice what ever part of the brownie bites you want white.

Add strawberries and juice to your icing. Stir. If it is too runny, then add some more powdered sugar one tablespoon at a time until the icing is the consistency you prefer.

Ice the brownie parts you want with pink icing.

Add 3-4 drops red food color to your icing, stir.  Ice the remainder brownie parts with red icing.

Add sprinkles, or "red hots" to finish decorating your brownie bites.
