1 package (18-1/4 ounces)
dark chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 cans of
Ready-To-Serve
Soft Whipped Frosting, Fluffy White
12 oz. bag of Bakers Coconut
Flakes
3 drops of Red Food Dye
2 Table spoons of Pink Sugar
Sprinkles
Prepare the cake following
the directions provided on the box. Use 2 round cake pans.
Let Cake Cool.
Stir one and 1/2 cans of
Fluff white icing and about 3 drops of red food dye together in a bowl. At
this point you may add the coconut OR what until the cake is frosted and
add the coconut on top and sides.
Frost the cake. Make
sure you frost in-between layers of the round cakes.
Sprinkle coconut on the cake
if you did not add it in the icing. Sprinkle cake with pink sugar
crystals.
