Directions:
Prepare the cake following
the directions provided on the box. Use 2 round cake pans.
Let cake cool.
Stir one and 1/2 cans of
fluff white icing and about 3 drops of red food dye together in a bowl. At
this point you may add the coconut OR wait until the cake is frosted and
add the coconut on top and sides.
Frost the cake. Make
sure you frost in-between layers of the round cakes.
Sprinkle coconut on the cake
if you did not add it in the icing. Sprinkle cake with pink sugar
crystals.
