| Trying to achieve the
Victorian Era can be difficult at times. It was an era of wonderful
beautiful clothing with much detail. But it can be easy to turn a simple
elastic waistband skirt that you can either make or find a good will into
a Victorian lacey skirt. Both of the skirt below are elastic waistband
skirts which lace and a bow were added to them to make them Victorian
looking for the musical, "Hello Dolly."
