VINTAGE STYLE DRESS CLASS
2.0 Hour - 8 WEEK WORKSHOP

"Sew Vintage!"
Do you love
vintage style clothing? Then join us and make a Roaring ‘20s
Vintage-Style Dress. The pattern we will work from is a 1925
reprint. The dress is flared at the bottom and influenced by the
clean, straight lines of Coco Chanel. Students will learn long tie
finishing for back edge, set-in sleeves, attaching a pointed-tip
gore, and more. Jessica will be guiding you each step of the way,
and will have made her own dress before the class begins. This look
can be incorporated into your 2012 collection, or it's also the
perfect look for any formal occasion.

| *Many new sewing
skills like: long tie finishing for back edge, set-in-sleeves,
princess seams, attaching a pointed tip-gore, and more. |
| COST:
$225.00 for the 8 week workshop. Fee includes all patterns,
fabric, and supplies. Students are welcome to use our fabrics or
purchase their own. Payment may be divided up into two.

| PREREQUISITE:
Open
to any current student age twelve and up and/or summer student who
has been sewing with Love to Sew for a year. Like all of our
classes, students learn at their own pace. If you are uncertain if
you/you’re child is ready, just ask. |

| Please Note:
Class openings are
very limited--we are keeping the class to a maximum of four students,
because the projects will require more attention to detail. This
special eight week course on advanced fashion design and construction
techniques is run by Jessica. The class is open to any current student
age twelve and up and/or summer student who has been sewing with Love
to Sew for a year. Like all of our classes, students learn at their
own pace. If you are uncertain if you/you’re child is ready, just
ask.
