Young Fashion Designers

Three young Fashion Designers make 3 skirts and model them.

   So, you want to be a Fashion Designer? Do you like to design, pick matching colors, draw, sketch, create, and sew? Then you can be a young Fashion Designer too.  Sewing and Designing go hand in hand, and are making it big in the U.S.A. and all over the world. These pages are dedicated to the Young Fashion Designers who enjoy creating and sewing.

WORDS OF WISDOM

Take the time to be creative. Always be sketching and writing down ideas. Buy a top at a store, cut it up, and add things to it!  If you make it, you got to wear it and live it, you never know who is going to see it!

Erika not only designed and made her skirt, she also made her matching pink purse too.

Alyssa is a fashion designer at age 8 !!! She took a basic pants pattern, changed it around from straight leg to wide, added 3 pockets,  and made a matching head scarf.

Here is Sienna doing the final step to making her denim jacket.  She is hand sewing on the buttons.  Below is the finished garment.  Great job Sienna!!!
